Twin-Barred Tree Snake Information Please.

Hello,

I have been thinking about getting a Twin-Barred Tree Snake (Chrysopelea pelias). I just have a few questions regarding their captive care. First of all how big of a cage should i get?
Second what should there Temperature and Humidity be at, and how should i provide them with heat? Lastly can i feed them mice?
