From what few Pics I have seen of a Thelotornis's mouth, it appears that this genus possesses two sets of two each fangs, but the genus Dispholidus's mouth appears to have two sets of three each fangs. I think Thelotornis definitely has less fangs, but equal in sets to that of Dispholidus (?). I was hoping for a clarification, however, hopefully when you do have the opportunity to examine a Thelotornis, you might elaborate with regard to this very interesting subject matter.
By the way, I simply "CAN'T WAIT" ( ! ! ! ) to read the papers pertaining to the research you have been peforming with regard to Colubrid Venom Toxicity.
