TN and rear fangs

Hi,
I am going to cross post this in the laws forum as well, but since we have rear fanged, I thought maybe someone out there might be able to help. I have heard two different stories on venomous snakes, one is TN does not issue permits for them period. The other is the ruled this regualtion unconstitutional, and thus leaving TN with no enforceable laws at all right now. Does anyone know one way or another? Thank you.
