at least for now since we're back to the old format.LOL. The cage is about 4 1/2 feet across the front and about 5 feet in height with a 18-20 inch depth. I don't use any heating devices for it as yet. The cage is located near the ceiling (where heat rises anyway) and they are near the sliding glass door and window that goes to the back. They seem to be O.K. with that. I have at least one large water bowl in the cage and can put another one for humidity, but it hasn't bothered them yet. I keep the pair in the same cage. Neither of the spilotes rub their noses or rub up against the mesh. They haven't exhibited that try to get out behavior of trying to push on the enclosure or lid trying to squeeze through.
:what's the dimensions on that cage? It looks nice. what do you use to heat it?
