Have a Baird's ratsnake that regurged twice, 2 weeks apart. I followed all the procedures, checked everything, went strictly
by the rules. Nothing worked. Even puked up the tiny dose of meds I administered.
So- I broke the rules.
Turned down the heat gradually, put it in a temp. brumation mode.
3 weeks later, I gradually warmed it up.
I lowered the humidity to almost nothing.
After I warmed it up, It started to soak itself a lot. I think this is often a pretty good sign (out and about sort of thing).
Fed 1 pink head. Kept it down.
Next, 1 week later, fed the rest of the mouse's body. Kept it down.
6 days later, a small entire pink. So far, so good.
Good thing its cool out. I think the inactivity and time gave the stomach fluids a chance to rebuild.
