I caught my one and only green rat in the Chiricahuas in 2000 with Gary N. Since then I haven't seen a single one. I've been hunting the Santa Ritas for three years and everyone sees them there, but me, whaaaaa! Could you give some particulars, like when, what mtn. range, and some conditions? I'm trying to find out if they're active in the fall, and I'm mostly interested in the Santa Ritas (12 miles from our retirement home :) Thanks,
