with visiting Kentucky sometime. Dwight mentioned I will have to go out herping before even thinking about seeing his collection. lol. It would be one of those top of the list experiences in herping to get out with you guys sometime in the future. You guys definately have my interest up with all the pics, posts, etc that have been put up on this forum. I have to make a stop in Texas to herp for some of my other favorite North American snakes. The VERY gentle (lol) Texas rat snake for one. Sorry Travis, I know they are getting a bad rap, but they are one snake to practice and train with for handling. lol. Yes, I love Texas rat snakes. If my partner Del Alspaw makes the trip with me, he and I will have to be careful in Texas I guess. Del lived in Texas for a few years. They say the state troopers still celebrate the anniversary of him leaving the state. lol.
