Drymobius margaritiferus?

I've been trying to identify this snake for a couple of years now..
Maybe someone here can help.
It was suggested that it might be a juvenile Drymobius margaritiferus.
Found at 7000 ft. in Central Panama
17 scales at midline.
I assume that some of you know juveniles from raising & breeding.
