: Racers can be real picky. Leave him alone in his cage for about a week and let him aclimate. Make sure he has plenty of water and a good hide box.After a week or so interduse one cricket. (Alot of crickets at once can scare him.) If he does not eat it after a day take the cricket out,wait a day or two and try again. I have never had a racer refuse food for more then a few weeks.
