Took him around 6 hours to finally finish off the patch-nose. The patch-nose wouldn't give up, and almost got away on several occasions. After spending the night in a bucket in an air conditioned house the whipsnake wasn't moving very quick. These are the only wild whipsnake pics I've taken where the entire body is in the pic. Usually they're so active and fast I can only get a head shot or a blurry body shot. He will be released tonight in the area where he was collected.
