black racer that doesnt eat...!

Hi, i bought a black racer here in montreal he is 2 ft long and he's not eating at all. I try first with dead fuzzy a week ago and today with live prey but unfortunately he refused. I left the baby mice in the tank for the night and i'll see tomorrow if the snake have been eat. If not maybe someone in this forum could help me...?
