For indigo's go to the indigo forum, a few people in there breed them, if you look at some of the posts, they may have a link to their website that you can click on to see how to get ahold of them.

For eastern coachwhips, try Glades herp, it is getting a little late in the year to find some native things, but I wouldnt be suprised if you are able to find one.
