Signs of hatching?

I've got some black racer eggs incubating. They are over 60 days now and I'm wondering if I'm waiting for anything. A couple of them seem to have formed bulges off the sides. Is this anything good? Or am I looking at a bunch of duds. Are they like some snakes an sometimes take awhile to break out? Never had black racers before so I have no idea what to look for. Thanks.
