dipping the pre-killed mouse in some chicken broth. I've heard it can work on snakes that may be wanting a bird. The other thing is your set up. Does it give the snake some heat, and privacy. Mine won't eat if there is activity in the room, and then it usually waits several hours!

: I can't get my coachwhip to eat anything, so far I've tried fish, mice, and a chicken. I never had this problem with my other coachwhips, is there anything in particular I can do? Its a western coachwhip.
