It's doing no good sitting around with you. Were I live the Blue Racer is extinct except for an Island were there being studied and stuff like that. Go find that snake a nice forest area (or from where you caught it) and let it go. It could have babies that need it. Trust me, you'll feel better about it after you've let it go. If not now then later on in your life. Later man.
