Something no less than 20gal would be ok for it, only for a short-term basis. Keeping in mind that these are very active diurnal snakes.
U could try feeding them a variety of prey. One of the reasons why I like em. Fish, lizards, mice. Smaller ones may even take insects. Just make sure u dun stress the snake out when feeding, by being there. Good luck!
