I live by a dried up lake now in Central Florida...I was going to let my dog out and I seen him...ooohh...I thought it was a Cotton Mouth..or some kind of water snake but after I broomed him and killed him with my butcher knive I don't know....
I'm sorry if I killed a good snake...but I have little children and we did catch 2 Cotton Mouths in the last 2 years...one in our neighbors pool....
He's about 2 foot long with a white mouth and fangs.. he's got him a white belly with triangles towards the tail colored yellow/tan....He scared me....
