: hey, danny. I've never actually kept a racer but I know they need a lot of space because they are very active snakes. In the wild they feed on a variety of small invertebrates and vertebrates such as grasshoppers, crickets, frogs, mice, and small nestling mammals of different kinds. You could try almost anything, but chances are it has specific preferences typical of the local food types. So try crickets and mice first, those are two easiest ones to feed.

Well anyways when i caught it it never bit me at all!!!!!!!! i thought it was. and what do blue racers eat???? well if you know please tell me.
