Hatching Time?

My wc. Eastern Coachwhip {Florida sub species} laid 20 eggs . She was caught with a large male about 1 month ago.
Assuming the eggs are fertile, how long before they hatch ?
Can the young be feed unscented pinks as a first meal or are lizards and scented the only options?
