I caught (and released) this beauty in Aiken County, SC last year. The top left picture shows it still in the top of the tree where I found it. Ever see O'Shea nab a mamba out of a tree in S. Africa? It was a bit like that but with out the venom (or the assistant). Nothing like a coachwhip for causing an adrenaline rush.
