:I think purchasing CB snakes from ppl who are breeding is going to be your best bet. I don't collect from the wild...in fact I have a red (Mojave) racer here that I am getting on it's feet for Spring release. If you want a snake that is fast to strike...a Mojave Coachwhip is no joke, they are VERY quick.
