With fish they don't grow bigger than what the tank/enviroment will alow, thats why fish in ponds get bigger than the same type of fish in a tank. It is not the same with snakes, they will just carry on growing even if the viv is far to small for them. Might be the same with lizards too. Hope i helped.
:i was just wondering....would a small size cage stop a snake from growing? for example...a gold fish would never grow to their maximum size if kept in a small tank......just wondering.....help me out?
