lacie143-- I'm glad you finally figured it out! It's hard to miss fish once they start to rot. As you noticed from my first post, I really suspected that it had something to do with fish carcasses. I feed my carnivorous turles 2 pounds of shiner minnows per week...so that qualifies me as a semi-expert on dead fish! :-) --Maxx
