Urgent Help Needed

I found an adult cooter on the road. Her shell is broken and she's lost a lot of blood- she is still alert and moves around. I live in the middle of nowhere and a vet is out of the question. Can someone e-mail me some guidelines to either help her recover- if possible- her whole rear right quarter is exposed and that foot is immobile, or instructions to put her down humanely. I can perform some rudimentary vet procedures and have access to antibiotics. Please e-mail me as I do not have time to check the forum during the day. marcia@tangoriver.com thanks,
