Yeah true..... But what about little things like Eastern newts, fire bellied toads etc. Only way they can multiply is if someone releases a mating pair together out in the wild, and still the odds are low on the pair reproducing.  I don't think a little eastern newt will kill a population of anything native here.  These little things can't do to much can they?  I am sure if someone dumps a caecilian out in the wild it would only last a few days. So why are these little guys illegal too?
