well...theoretically at least..lol
They were upgraded from endangered in the state to threatened as of friday. This means they can be legally owned in NJ like the no. pine snake. However, I don't believe that there are any state's the allow collection of this frog, so legally owning one may be a while away. However, I do remember one idiot selling them as green tree frogs at a reptile show!!
