What's This: NO FROGS IN NEW JERSEY ALLOWED??

I found out the word on the Street is that ownership of Frogs is being outlawed in the State of New Jersey - Pet Stores will no longer be able to see frogs/toads. It appears some re-actionary conservation group has convinced the Governor that frogs/toads harbor Disease, so they will be banned from pet ownership in New Jersey. Does anyone know about this???
