URGENT: Turtle vet needed in North Jersey

My box turtle seems to have a respiratory infection, and my regular vet has moved out of state. I've been on the phone for an hour and can find no one in North Jersey (Bergen/Passaic/Morris) who see turtles. Can anyone help?
