Ac well you can sell them in state with another permit besides hobbyist, as I stated, but I do some Hamburg shows when I have animals and can't see spending the 100 dollars for the other permit to sell them in NJ. I do not think anyone can fight their opinion on Anaconadas regardless of how much money they have, they are potentially dangerous, even when compared to retics and burms. I understand your viewpoint as well, By the way the contact for the other permit info besides Exoctic (which monica handles) is Jane, another very nice helpful woman, who can give you the low down on the other permist. Monica handles The Hobbyist permits, all others fall under different persons. I could sell them in state but I need another permit to do so. Not hard to get by the way. Just not cost effective for me cause I am small time and only a hobbyist, I don't want to sell to people or pet stores in the state, I get my table with Charles Juiliano In Hamburg and we sell various things like Captive Breed colubrids, retics, various lizards, scorpions, and he specilaizes in carnivorous plants which usually makes us stand out at any show, we may have met if you have been around awhile, I have been out of the selling aspect for some time for personal reasons. But I know I am right about the permits, you can sell out of state with the hobbyist permit and need I think it was called a commercial permit to sell in state, not sure on the exact name of the permit. Ask Monica about it and ask to speak to Jane, I think she is still in charge of those other permits.
