: I have reviewed the NJHS Laws of the State of New Jersey --- Where does it state you can't have a cornsnake? Where does it say you can't own a King snake??
: What snakes can you own? There is no list of snakes you can own in NJ. Isn't there somewhere that has a complete list of which species you can own as Pets in the State of New Jersey???
alan, i have copy of the exotic and nongame wildlife permits of new jersey booklet. it states you can only own albino corns, you can own normal corns with special permits, but you should call nj fish and wildlife at 1-609-292-9591 to clarify any ? you may have about corns and kings which i own myself along with many north. pines that are on a basic $10.00 hobby permit. they have always been very helpful with me and any ? that i have had in the past. good luck, bill
