If you have this problem give them a friendly telephone call and they will fix it and mail you out a new permit, I have had this happen and never once had a problem with them resolving any mistakes, people are human and do make mistakes and I am sure they process alot of permits. I have never had any problems with any errors they have made and always have had them correct the information with a single phone call (polite phone call)
