Baby rhino with impaction blockage

I have a baby rhino iguana with an impaction. Evidently the past people fed the lizard crickets alot..the vet said prognosis isnt good..he has me giving a 10th of mineral oil 2 x's a day. Any other suggestions ..also I soak her..thanks
