I have a great idea for fundraising, but because of initial cost I do not have the funds to do this by myself. I am currently loking at several Fundraiser Cookbook companies and am really interested in doing a NIAD cookbook. The minimum order at all the publishers I have found so far is 200 books, which is about $500-$700 dollars our cost (about $2.70 each book). All the companies suggest and say people have had success selling them for $8-$10. If anyone's interested let me know and I can figure up how many we could order and how much (estimated) each volunteer or coordinator or state would have to contribute. My plan if we can get this going is to let each state coordinator divide the money how she/he sees fit. I would whatever profits WV had for prinint/mailing costs, donations to ig rescues, donations to WV Humane Societies, and if possible leftover monies to NIAD International.
