Have you visited the main NIAD website? If not it is at the link is provided below. If you go to locations you can click on U. S. at the bottom of the world map. That will bring up the U. S. Map, click on Zone 7 in which PA falls. When you get to the Zone 7 map click PA and it lists the coordinators e-mail addresses. The top coordinator listed is actually the new coordinator for zone seven and you probably should e-mail him first.
