State NIAD mailing list idea

: Hello again, : I may have rocks in the brain, but I recently had an idea that may or may not be useful to other states. The KS NIAD volunteers were having trouble communicating with each other and coordinating activities at all. They all were in touch with me, but not with each other. So, I came up with the idea of starting a KS NIAD mailing list on onelist that is just for our KS NIAD members. I don't know why it took me so long to come up with this idea, but it is working great. The volunteers are starting to get to know each other and communicate their ideas, thoughts, etc. So, many of the states may already have done this, but if you're like me and you hadn't thought of it yet, I thought I'd share the idea. :) : Deena
