feeding axolotl..

I got my new golden albino axolotl, it is around 2 inches in length. I am, right now, have it in a little container trying to get it to bite at some live blackworms, to no prevail. I ordered pellets for him/her from Indiana University but he hasn't aten since I got him..what else should i try?
