Sorry to here about your sally.
This happened with my baby chameleon. He was on some screening ,and he was having some trouble getting his tail out. Poor thing.... some crickets took advantage and started chewing away at his tail. I was horrified to see my little chameleons tail chewd away at!!!!! I quickly called an exotic petstore, cause there's NO exotic vets near us. They told us to put polysporin on it every somethings(forget)hours.Well, it healed up nicely.
