Hey Scott, I haven't found anything new lately. I've found the usual TONS of rough earth snakes, a lot of TX patchnose snakes, and some checkered garter snakes. Oh yeah, I found my first ever flathead snake (Tantilla gracilis). Found some ground skinks (DEFINITELY not as common as over there!)...OH yeah, a plains narrowmouth toad.
That's cool that you found that copperhead....have any pics of it? And the coral snake also. I've been looking for one....flipping trash and stuff, but no luck. I'd like to see some pics if you have any. Send em to: utsu@satx.rr.com
I'll give you, Clint and Andy a call next time I'm down....hopefully it'll be soon...
