Santa Fe, adult, normal colour nerodia pictiventris. Last year at this time she was approx. 30" long, today I estimated 40". This is truly a joy of a snake. She accepts food without hesitation, strikes hard and swallows fast and never offers to bite me! She allows me to pick her up dispite the assumption that she's about to be fed (of course I'm careful), her feeding response is like Topekas' only more "controlled".
