This is a Rhabdophis tigrinus.
These are sometimes referred to as Chinese Garter snakes or Chinese Water snakes. But many species are called this.
This is a species to avoid if you have no prior experience with venomous animals. These have caused a handful of human fatalities and with their usual calm nature, it is easy to forget they can kill if you end up bitten.
Otherwise look up info on Xenochrophis species. That's another genus referrred to as Chinese water/garter snakes.
