I subconciously seperate New World and Old World Elaphe for some reason because I know they aren't closely related and I totally forgot to make the distinction. Thanks for clearing that up. The genus Coelognathus (formerly E. radiata, E. subradiata, E. flavolineata) also has well developed Duvernoy's.
I guess some reclassification of the American Elaphe is in order.
