Actually, this pic was taken earlier today. :)) Your snake would have made 10 in the pic, hehe.

:Anyway she's eating pinkies without hesitation. She's about 2 months old. See Dwight's pic for an example of how she looks. She was the largest of the group. 2 months old and about 9 inches. I fed her one on 11/2 and on 11/7. Her lump is already gone and she has pooped. She is acting pretty hungry.

If the lump is gone, I say give her one day off and then feed her again, ;)) I think water snakes probably eat as much as they can as often as they can in the wild.. but that is just speculation. Hopefully some of the water snakes experts here can answer your questions better than I!! :))

Good luck with your snake, it obviously has found a good home.
