Feed it fish. Your best bet is to find a bait shop that sells shiners and throw several into his water bowl. You could try frozen/thawed trout also but don't feed a solely f/t diet or you'll run into health problems down the line. Stay away from goldfish-- also unhealthy. Hope this helps.
