As you know I am a major fan of water for my Nerodia. I would recommend a slightly larger water bowl. I used to have a massive (1.3 meters!) erythrogaster from NC and kept her in one of the aquaculture tubs at my old college. Originally I set her up with a 4/5 land, 1/5 water setup. She was constantly rubbing and trying to escape. I thought that erythrogaster was more terrestrial than most other Nerodia, but found the opposite to be true. I rearranged her enclosure to a 2.5 land to 2.5 water and she calmed down immediately. She spent equal time in both areas of her enclosure and did not begin feeding until I rearranged her setup. So there it is

On a completely separate note I noticed that you have two rhombifera neonates right now. I picked one up at the Tampa show a couple of weeks back also. How are yours growing? Any noticeable difference? Also what kind of feeding regime do you have them set up on? Just curious.
