I have placed this message on the forum of Teriguana ( http://forum.teriguana.nl ). Maybe it will help. I am also connected with ReptileZoo Iguana in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. When we hear something about the tortoises, I will let you know.
Hope the thieves are caught soon and you get your tortoises back.
