Vraagje over Lampen bij Baardagaam

Ik heb een terrarium gekocht voor een baardagaam
hij is zo'n 100x50x50.

Er zitten 2 fittingen in...
Mijn vraag is hoeveel watt heb ik zo ongeveer nodig
(ik heb nog 2 UV lampen liggen van 40 en 60 watt)

Heb ik nu dus een 100 watt spott? En waar kan ik zulke wattages kopen bij de "hema" en bij onze lokale lampenwinkels verkopen ze die niet...
