Herby isn't...

I set up a shoe-box size container with clean top soil but right now Herby isn't anything...she isn't eating, getting bigger, digging, or moving much. She follows with her eyes, she'll eventually climb out of her water dish and up her log, but then she sleeps most of the day and all night. I've spent 30-45 minutes several times a day (!) lately trying meal worms, red wigglers and crickets. I set up a feeder bowl with the crickets in it and if I put her front feet on the edge, she'll just sit there--doing nothing. Anybody got any suggestions???
