If you could supply me with two or three more pictures then I could tell you almost for sure w/out popping it or having the monitor xrayed. I need a pictue of her head straight on and from the side and then her tail from the side close to the rear legs and vent. A female Sav will have a narrow snout and of course no bulbs at the vent. A male will have a boulbus snout w/ the end of the nose very round.
