whats the best vitamin powder or spray for a monitor?

Again, I fail to understand why something has to be the best. Shouldn't you want something that works first, then maybe as you progress, find or make something better. Sorry for that rant.

I have raised and produced thousands of monitors over may generations, and have used Rep-cal with all insect feedings. I do not know if its "the best" but it surely "works"

I have used miner-all and its made by friends of mine. I do not see any tangable difference, I just feel Rep-cal suites my needs better. I feel its far more important to add Herptivite(vitamins) to either of the above Calicum supplements, then to worry about which one is "better".

If your Question was really only about vitamins and not calicum, then I would recomend, Herptivite. It has worked for me over many years. F
