I used to breed sinaloans and pueblans. My belief is that it is best to wait until the females are 3 yrs old, even if the snakes seem large enough at 2 years old. However, many have successfully bred milks at age 2, so it is possible. I found that the clutch sizes were larger with females that were given that extra 3rd year to mature. Males can be 2 years old or more.
With sinaloans, I believe it is best that the females have some muscle tone. A large cage will guarantee this. If you don't use large cages, then I recommend giving the snake some exercise (i.e. handling or letting crawl around) once per week or so. Females with good muscle tone make the best breeders without incidences of egg binding. At least in my experience. Good luck.
